Pooja Enterprises Washing Range was invented around 1995 when flat bed screen printing and rotary printing were on the rise, since then we have mastered the art of washing with precision for high-end digital printing fabric of 30 to 400 GSM.

We have models from 200 meters per hour to 15,000 meters per hour. Our machines are very easy to use and have the least water consumption, electricity consumption, labor use, and overall waste consumption ratio.

Compact High-Speed Continuous Washer

800-1100 meters per hour is a decent production rate for continuous washing. This level of efficiency, combined with advanced machinery and optimized processes, significantly reduces labor costs while ensuring high-quality output.

Contentious Hydro Extraction

Our machine's Heavy squeezer roll set extracts maximum moisture, eliminating the need for a hydro extractor. The fabric then moves directly to the drying range, ensuring efficient processing. The acid and silicon-treated water in the tank further enhances fabric quality.

Automatic Water Nozzle System

Our advanced nozzle system ensures deep cleaning of Fabric, removing Extra colors and Gum. This precise water delivery improves washing quality, leading to enhanced washing performance.
